You will need:
1x hammer and 1x flat-head screwdriver

*Allan wrenches and 1 spanner are supplied in the box*

1. Use your flat-head screwdriver to pry open the box, then use your hammer to lift the lid.
2. Remove all accessories from the box.
3. Take out the Flexion Reformer Bed.
4. Remove the frame from the box.
5. Attach the step, locating bolts, and the strap with bolts to the end of the reformer.
6. Wipe the tracks thoroughly with a damp cloth BEFORE placing the Flexion Reformer Bed.
7. Place the Bed on the clean tracks.
8. Connect the springs.
9. Install the headrest with the locating bar.
10. Attach the pulley bar with the 4 bolts, washers, and nuts supplied for each pillar using the Allen wrenches and spanner included in the box.
11. Fit the straps.
12. Enjoy!

2. Remove all accessories and the Split Pedal Chair from the box.
3. Connect the springs.
4. Attach the side poles and adjust the height as needed.
5. Fit the locating pole to the Chair.
6. Attach the resistance bands to the Chair by clipping them onto the side.
7. Enjoy!
